Pal Road is one of the city's main arteries and it is well served for dentistry, with some of Jodhpur's larger dental hospitals along it. So this page is not going to pretend that everyone on Pal Road should drive to Sardarpura for a scaling.

What can you do that a general dental clinic cannot?
Surgery of the mouth, jaws and face. That covers impacted teeth close to the nerve, bone grafting and sinus lifts before implants, cysts and biopsies, jaw joint problems and corrective jaw surgery. Most dental practices refer these out because nobody on site holds the MDS for it.
How does this compare with going to AIIMS Jodhpur?
AIIMS is excellent, and for major reconstruction or anything needing extended inpatient care it may well be the right place — we will say so. A private practice differs on waiting time, continuity (the same surgeon at every visit) and appointment times that fit around work.
Do I need a referral from my own dentist?
No. You can book directly. Many patients come on their dentist's recommendation, but it is not required.
