Pain-Off Dental Care has looked after families in Sardarpura and across Jodhpur for years — and taken on the surgical cases that other clinics would rather not.
Most dental practices are built around one general dentist. That works well for check-ups, cleanings and fillings, and it stops working the moment something complicated walks in — an impacted wisdom tooth sitting on a nerve, a jaw that does not meet properly, a mouth where most of the teeth have failed at once. At that point the patient gets sent somewhere else, usually mid-treatment.
We built this practice the other way round. Dr Suveet Mathur is an MDS oral and maxillofacial surgeon — the qualification that allows him to operate on the jaws and facial bones. Dr Kavya Mathur is an MDS periodontist and implantologist who leads the cosmetic work. Alongside them are an orthodontist and an endodontist. The result is that a scaling and a full-mouth reconstruction are both handled properly in the same building, by the person actually trained for each.
That is also why dentists elsewhere in Jodhpur refer their own surgical patients to us, and why Dr Suveet travels to operate at other clinics when he is called in.
The name is not an accident either. People come to a dentist because something hurts, and most of them have put it off. Getting patients out of pain, without making the experience something they will avoid repeating, is the point of the place.

The smallest treatment that works
Plenty of people who ask for veneers need whitening. Plenty who ask for whitening need a cleaning. We will tell you when the cheaper answer is the right one, and we would rather you trusted us than spent more today.
Costs in writing, before we start
You leave your first visit with a written plan — what needs doing, in what order, what each item costs. If a plan changes because of something found along the way, you are told before the work happens, not after.
Honest about our limits
Some cases belong in a hospital, and some teeth genuinely cannot be saved. We will say so plainly rather than take on work we should not, or keep a tooth alive expensively for another six months.
